When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. In the case of a Bank Holiday orders will shipped on the next working day.
Will I have to pay any Import Duty if I am purchasing from abroad?
Any import customs tax and duty (if any) will be payable by you the customer on items shipped outside the EU.
The Royal Mail will deliver parcels on the mainland UK within 48 hours.
Orders being delivered to Europe and the rest of the world are dispatched by the Royal Mail and timescales will vary.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.
How long do I get to return my Item?
Your items ordered must be returned within 21 days of your order. Scarlet Tiger will not accept items that have been worn or soiled.
How should I return a product?
Email us and we will inform you how to return your item(s). Scarlet Tiger are not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty and we cannot offer a replacement. Scarlet Tiger are also not responsible if items are lost in transit; we suggest you obtain a post office proof of sending. Once a product has been returned Scarlet Tiger will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided. Please send us a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.
